2014日历年(1月1日-12月31日)，提名配额为5500.截至5月份，AINP已经颁发接近一半提名证书。Youmay continue to submit applications to the streams andcategories currently accepting applications.（详情请见最后可接受case类别）

2013年11月26日起，从收到申请资料到完成省提名的评估，需要8-12months。

Once the AINP reaches the maximum nominationcertificates it can issue in 2014, further certificates can be issued only in2015.

每个申请者只能申请一个类别。

一、Strategic Recruitment Stream（招聘类）---新新源移民

如果你没有雇主，这条路径可以有三个选择。

（一）Strategic Recruitment Stream - EngineeringOccupations Category（招聘--工程职业类）

如果你是临时外国工作者，并且Alberta工程师职业工作经验，则有资格申请。难民、住家保姆和在其他省工作的临时外国工作者不能申请。

（1）必须目前居住在Alberta省；

（2）必须打算并有能力永久居住在Alberta省；

（3）必须提供作为工程师、设计者及绘图员（engineer, designer or drafter）相关的教育培训经历和工作经验。

（4）必须目前在Alberta工作或者近两年直接或on contract为Alberta雇主工作过。（You must be currently working or have worked within the last twoyears in Alberta either directly or on contract for an Alberta Employer.）

（二）Strategic Recruitment Stream -Compulsory and Optional Trades Category（招聘-技工职业类）

如果你是临时外国工作者并且持有一个有效的技工证书（Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT)协会强制或选择性颁发或认证的），你则有资格申请。

该项目适用在Alberta此行业工作的所有监理、工长、或商业人员。难民、住家保姆和在其他省工作的临时外国工作者不能申请

（1）必须打算永远在Alberta省居住和工作

（2）申请时持有Alberta Qualification Certificate or an AIT Recognized TradeCertificate 

（3）申请时必须居住在Alberta省，并且持有有效工作许可

（4）申请时，你要么正在此行业为Alberta雇主工作，要么在过去的两年里，你在此行业为Alberta的雇主工作过至少6个月。

如果你as a Parts Technician (see AIT definitions for this occupation here and here), you are working in a NOC C (semi-skilled) leveloccupation.必须满足语言最低要求：

（三）Strategic Recruitment Stream - Post-Graduate Worker Category（招聘---毕业工签类）

如果你持有毕业后工签，并且目前在Alberta工作，毕业于一个Alberta省内认证的机构。你有资格申请。难民、住家保姆、其他省的临时外国工作者不能申请。

（1）申请时全职为Alberta雇主工作，雇主必须是合法登记注册的，并且申请期间申请人或者雇主均不能直接或间接的卷入劳动纠纷。An Alberta employer is defined as, being incorporated or registeredby or under an act of the legislature of a province or the Parliament of Canadaand operating as a business that has an established production capability,plant or place of business in Alberta.

（2）获得Alberta指定中学后教育机构的证书、学历、学位或者完成毕业水平的项目。Have obtained a certificate, diploma, degree, or have completed agraduate level program from one of these AINP approved Alberta public and private post-secondaryinstitutions。

（3）Alberta省学习的项目必须是至少一年全职的（至少两个学期）

（4）持有有效的毕业后工签（Post-Graduation Work Permit）

（5）Be working in one of the following National OccupationalClassification (NOC) skill levels:

NOC 0: Management occupations

NOC A: Occupations that usually requireuniversity education

NOC B: Occupations that usually requirecollege education

NOC C: Occupations that usually requirespecific training and/or secondary education.

Some occupations are not eligible forconsideration under the AINP. Please review the list of ineligible occupations (list updated June 20,2014). If your occupation is on this list, you are not eligible to applyto the AINP under this category.

（6）如果你工作的是NOC C职业，你必须满足最低语言要求（2年有效期）。

You are NOT eligible to apply if you arecurrently working in:

• a NOC skill level D occupation. All NOC skill level D occupationsare included on this list.

• a NOC skill level 0, A, B or C occupation included on this list.

Supervisors, foremen and tradespeople,working in an occupation designated as a Compulsory or Optional Trade inAlberta are not eligible to apply under these categories.

- If you are working in a compulsory tradeoccupation you must apply under the Strategic Recruitment Stream– Compulsoryand Optional Trades Category

- If you are working in an optional tradeoccupation, you may only apply under the Strategic Recruitment Stream – Compulsoryand Optional Trades Category or the Alberta Work Experience Category.

二、Employer-Driven Stream雇主类

（一）Employer-Driven Stream - SkilledWorker Category（雇主类-技术工人）

Supervisors,foremen and tradespeople, working in a Compulsory or Optional Trade in Alberta(including Chefs, Cooks, and Line Cooks)、神职人员、小学中年老师、专业运动员、牙医、难民类、目前在加拿大的住家保姆、其他省的工作者、以上人员不能申请此类别。

------对雇主要求-----：

（1）公司合法注册

Be incorporated orregistered by or under an act of the legislature of a province or theParliament of Canada and operating as a business that has an establishedproduction capability, plant or place of business in Alberta.

（2）提供NOC OAB永久技能工作给申请者

NOC 0: Includes management occupations that usually require a universitydegree (bachelor's, master's or doctorate) or a professional designation.

NOC A: Includes occupations that usually require university education.

NOC B: Includes occupations that usually require college education.

（3）Job offer要满足Alberta省雇佣和薪资水平

（4）Job offer不能违反existing collective bargaining agreements，如果申请阶段雇主或申请者出现直接或间接的劳动纠纷，申请将不会批准。

（5）需要有either the Labour Market ImpactAssessment (LMIA), or evidence of the LMIA exemption

If there is an LMIA in place for theCandidate, you must show that you are following all the conditions of the LMIA(including salary).

If the Candidate is exempt from an LMIA, youmust show you are offering wages and benefits to the Candidate that meet industrystandards. Visit the ALIS website for wage and benefit standards in Alberta byoccupation.

（6）如果申请者在国外，雇主必须提供材料证明尽了最大努力去招聘加国公民和永久居民。

As an Alberta Employer of an Early ChildhoodEducator, you must also:

Be accredited, or have applied foraccreditation, with the AlbertaAssociation for the Accreditation of Early Learning and Care Services andbe approved for funding under the Alberta Child Care Accreditation FundingProgram

As an Early Childhood Educator Candidate,you must also:

Hold a work permitunder the NOC code 4214 and be residing in Alberta

Have completed a minimum of high schooleducation

Be certified as a Child Development Worker(Level 2) or Child Development Supervisor (Level 3) through Alberta Human Services – Child Care Staff Certification Office.

Be employed in Alberta for a minimum of six(6) months with a pre/accredited daycare program or family day home agencybefore applying to the AINP
