MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATION ANALYSTS assist organisations to achieve greaterefficiency and solve organisational problems, and study organisationalstructures, methods, systems and procedures.

ICTBusiness Analysts are excluded from this unit group. ICT Business Analysts areincluded in Unit Group 2611 ICT Business and Systems Analysts.

In Australia and New Zealand:

Mostoccupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelordegree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience maysubstitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experienceand/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formalqualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

--准备和提出推荐方案,改善方法和工作程序,调整工作流程,重新定义工作职责,解决组织问题(新新源移民);

--协助执行批准的建议方案,问题改善说明书和工作程序手册和其他的其他文件;

--审核操作程序,对违背程序和标准的事情提出建议;

 


Tasks Include:

assistingand encouraging the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed atachieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organisations'resources

discussingbusiness and organisational shortcomings with clients

analysingand evaluating current systems and structures

discussingcurrent systems with staff and observing systems at all levels of organisation

directingclients towards more efficient organisation and developing solutions toorganisational problems

undertakingand reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods andprocedures such as administrative and clerical procedures

recordingand analysing organisations' work flow charts, records, reports, manuals andjob descriptions

preparingand recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows,redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems

assistingin implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions andprocedure manuals, and drafting other documentation

reviewingoperating procedures and advising of departures from procedures and standards
