背景：
加拿大曼省技术移民是一个加拿大省提名（PNP），而亲属或朋友担保项目，则是曼省提名项目的其中一个类别。这也是中国申请者，主要能走的一个类别。其主要要求如下：
曼省没有职业限制，英语要求最低CLB4（雅思（4.5/3.5/4/4）），雅思成绩越高，成功率越高。
但是一定要有曼省居住满一年的亲属或朋友（永久居民或公民身份）做担保，担保人除了提供身份证件等材料外，需要证明申请人和担保人的关系，还需要在申请的曼省定居计划上签字或背书，以保证会协助申请人在曼省安顿下来，其他不需承担任何义务。
此外，除了雅思最低要求和亲朋担保这两条，还需要满足曼省60分评分标准。
之后，进入EOI系统，按照EOI评分标准进行打分，分数高的优先挑选。
