Who can I apply on behalf of?

You can apply for a Police Certificate for yourself or on behalf of the following:

• Your child (under the age of 18, for whom you have parental responsibility).

• An adult who has given you permission to apply on their behalf (we will request you confirm that you have the permission of this adult as part of the application process and you will need to upload a photograph of the applicant holding a copy of their passport/ travel document).

• Someone you have a power of attorney for (you will need to upload a copy of the power of attorney with the application).

• Someone you are a legal representative for (you will need to upload a copy of the signed letter of authorisation with the application).

The above-named documents must be provided in either Word, PDF, or image (JPG, GIF or PNG) format with a maximum file size of 3MB. It must clearly show all details.

To prevent incorrect information being added to the application form that you are filling in on behalf of someone else, we recommend turning off the autofill suggestions on your internet browser.

How to get a police certificate – England

（一）英国Police Clearance：

周期：提交后约1周左右能寄到中国。（周期受各种情况限制，不能控制，不能加急，仅做预估，不能作为保证。如果特别紧急，请放弃找我们办理。）
材料：护照+照片+信用卡账单（登陆信用卡APP即可下载，如图）。

（二）海牙认证/使馆认证：（服务费实行总包制，如需可提供电子增值税普通发票）

海牙认证总包费用为3500元人民币，使馆认证总包费用为4000元人民币（特殊国家除外，以咨询为准）。总包费用包含了政府外事机构、使馆机构等第三方机构的费用、认证文件快递回国的国际快递费用。部分国家认证需要国际快递邮寄申请人本人原始签字表格和材料的，或者材料有疑问，需要补交相关证明材料的，需要自付自己邮寄原始签字表格和材料或者补充材料的国际快递费用。海牙认证和使馆认证工作一般不会同时进行，需要二选其一。
