澳洲技术移民评分标准

（1）189独立技术移民（Skilled – Independent (subclass 189)）：达到60分，即可申请移民，不需要州担保或其他担保。

（2）190州担保技术移民（Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190)）：需要在担保州至少需要居住2年。

（3）489偏远地区担保或指定地区亲属担保（Skilled – Regional Sponsored (subclass 489)）：是一个4年的临时签证（provisional visa）。被偏远地区担保：需要在担保的偏远地区工作、居住、学习至少2年，并且一年全职工作经验可申请887永久签证。被指定地区的亲属担保：担保人可以是澳大利亚公民、永久居民或者符合资格的新西兰人。

• a non-dependent child or non-dependent step-child;
• a parent or step-parent;
• a brother or sister, step-brother or step-sister;
• a niece or nephew, step-niece or step-nephew;
• an aunt or uncle, step-aunt or step-uncle;
• a first cousin; or
• a grandchild or step-grandchild.

To ensure the processing of your application is not delayed, please include a diagram of your family
tree with your application. You will also need to include all relevant documents as evidence of your
relationship to your sponsor and their residential address.

Designated Areas（指定区域的亲属）
If you are applying for a Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa, and you are being sponsored by an eligible relative, your sponsor must be a resident in one of the following designated areas: 

Regional Australia or low population growth metropolitan (RALPGM)areas（偏远地区）

Ifyouarebeingnominatedbyastateorterritorygovernmentyoumust resideonyourSkilled–Regional Sponsored(Provisional)visa,inoneofthefollowingRALPGMareas:

Once you have held your provisional visa for at least 2 years you can apply for a permanent Skilled
Migration visa if you have lived for 2 years and worked full-time for at least one year in a ‘Designated Area’or a ‘RALPGM area’. To be granted a permanent Skilled Migration visa you must have complied with theconditions of your provisional visa. Information on the Skilled – Regional (subclass 887) visa is availablefrom the department’s website www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/visa-options.htm

持有偏远地区担保或亲属担保的provisional visa 2年以上，并且2年中有至少1年在Designated Area’（亲属担保类）or a ‘RALPGM area’（偏远地区担保类）的全职工作经验，可申请Skilled – Regional (subclass 887) visa。

一、申请资格--新新源移民：

（1）职业在SOL或CSOL上；

（2）通过职业评估；

（3）不超过50周岁；

（4）评分达到60分

189独立技术移民60分；190州担保技术移民55分评分+州担保5分；489偏远地区/亲属担保技术移民50分评分+偏远地区担保/亲属担保10分）,60分只是有skill select的可能，部分热门专业可能需要65分才会发签证；

（5）雅思至少四个6（at least competent English）或其他等同成绩（托福等）；

雅思A类或G类均可，三年内有效，部分职业评估必须是A类。职业评估或州担保清单上也会注明哪些职业需要4个6，4个6.5，4个7）；

二、申请流程--新新源移民：

       职业评估（ACS职业评估、EA评估、VET‍评估、‍‍AACA评估‍‍等）---》提交EOI---》申请担保（如适用，比如新南威尔士190州担保等）被邀请---》申请签证（visa applying）

       备注：

     （1）澳大利亚境内和境外都可以申请；

     （2）如果收到邀请，需要在60天内online提交visa申请，此时，EOI信息不能更改；

     （3）完整的EOI申请包括雅思4个6和通过职业评估；

三、申请费用（澳币）--新新源移民：

       澳洲技术移民的申请费相比加拿大要昂贵很多，有申请费、职业评估费、州担保费。申请费如下面截图，职业评估费根据各个职业评估机构的不同而不同，主流的机构机构在500-800澳币左右，州担保费有的免费、有的200澳币，有的300澳币，有的770澳币不等。

       另外，关于功能语言费的要求如下：

       Members of your family unit aged 18 years or over included in your application who have been assessed as not having functional English language skills will be required to pay a second instalment chargewhich entitles them to English language tuition in Australia to achieve functional English. Members of your family unit who are able to demonstrate functional English ability (eg.obtain an overall band score of 4.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)) do not have to pay this charge. Applicants who pay this charge will receive information about the Adult Migrant English Program and where they can receive their tuition when the visa is granted.For applicants who have turned 18 at the time of application and who are assessed as not having functional English the second instalment is $4885.

      家庭成员中18岁及以上的人员如果没有雅思4.5分的functional English language skills（obtain an overall band score of 4.5 on IELTS)，将会要求额外支付 $4885.

四、申请周期--新新源移民：

       6-12个月

备足说明：

From November 2014, the department will accept English language test scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language internet-based test (TOEFL iBT) and the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) across visa programmes.  These tests are alternatives to the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Occupational English Test (OET), and have been accepted in the Student visa programme since November 2011.

2014年11月起，移民局开始接受TOEFL iBT和PTE Academic作为语言成绩的证明。请参考澳洲语言对照表。
