Mainduties
Postal and courier services managers perform some or all of the followingduties:
Plan,organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities and operations of postalfacilities and courier service companies, or of operational divisions withinCanada Post and courier service companies
Co-ordinatethe duties of supervisors and other staff
Managethe accurate and expedient movement of mail and parcels through postal andparcel sorting facilities
Revieweffectiveness of assigned operations and implement changes to postal andcourier operations
Prepareand submit budget estimates and administer the expenditures of postal andcourier facilities
Interview,hire and provide training for staff.
