可以委托境内人代为申请，也可以邮寄材料申请。

二、申请材料：

-your full name and any previous names

-most recent address in Barbados

-date and place of birth

-a copy of a photo identity card orpassport

-a full set of fingerprints taken by arecognized police authority

-the applicable fees ($20. Barbadosdollars or $10 (USD). Money order or certified cheque made payable to theCommissioner of Police)

-a self-addressed envelope (if you wish thepolice clearance to be mailed back to you)
