（1）摩纳哥citizen+目前居住在摩纳哥：

You should send a request in writing tothe Palais de Justice de Monaco

（2）摩纳哥citizen+居住在摩纳哥境外：You should send a request in writing to the Palais de Justicede Monaco

（3）非摩纳哥citizen+目前居住在摩纳哥：You should send a request in writing to the Palais de Justicede Monaco

（4）非摩纳哥citizen+目前居住在摩纳哥境外：

不能申请

Police certificates are only available topeople of Monegasque nationality and residents of Monaco. If you are notMonegasque and no longer live in Monaco, you are not required to provide aMonaco police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate fromMonaco, write: "I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spentin Monaco because certificates are only available to people of Monegasquenationality and residents of Monaco."
