Your Hong Kong identity card or valid traveldocument

The original letter from the CanadianConsulate General requesting a police certificate

The original and a photocopy of thedocuments proving your relationship with the Principal Applicant for the visaapplication if the letter from the Canadian Consulate General does not containyour name (for dependents of the Principal Applicant only)

Fingerprints will be taken at the time ofapplication
