官方名称：Certificate of No Conviction from the Court (Uverenie)

一、申请方式：新新源移民

（1）北马其顿citizen+目前居住在北马其顿：

现场去法院申请

（2）北马其顿citizen+居住在北马其顿境外：

去使馆申请，也可以委托境内的人代为申请

（3）非北马其顿citizen+目前居住在北马其顿：

现场去法院申请

（4）非北马其顿citizen+目前居住在北马其顿境外：

不能签发无犯罪证明，如果被问到就写不能做。

Certificates are not available to formerresidents who are not citizens of North Macedonia. If you are not acitizen and no longer live in North Macedonia, you are not required toprovide a North Macedonian police certificate.

If you are asked for a police certificatefrom North Macedonia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate forthe time I spent in North Macedonia because certificates are not availableto former residents who are not citizens of North Macedonia.”

Special notes and considerations

Effective January 1, 2015,North Macedonia moved to a court-based police certificate system. Thecertificate is valid nationwide.

The format of the conviction record is asfollows:

Address of applicant

Verdict number (as applicable) listingarticle of criminal code outlining offence
