一、申请方式：新新源移民
（1）奥地利citizen+目前居住在奥地利：
可以现场办理、也可以委托别人办理，地址是Polizeikommissariat in Vienna orthe Landespolizeidirektion。
（2）奥地利citizen+居住在奥地利境外：
最近的使馆办理。
（3）非奥地利citizen+目前居住在奥地利：
可以现场办理、也可以委托别人办理，地址是Polizeikommissariat in Vienna orthe Landespolizeidirektion。
（4）非奥地利citizen+目前居住在奥地利境外：
最近的使馆办理。
二、申请材料：
-Applicable fees
-Forms can be obtained at any of theoffices listed in the instructions above
-An official document with a photo toconfirm your identity (such as a passport or a national identity card)
-If you have changed your name, legaldocuments demonstrating your previous and actual name (such as birthcertificate, marriage certificate or adoption certificate)
-To apply online, you require a citizen'scard (Bürgerkarte) and a qualifying electronic signature with your mobile phone(Handy-Signatur)
If you do not have any convictions,the Strafregisterbescheinigung will be bilingual (German/English) andtherefore will not require a translation.
If you have convictions listed on yourcertificate, you should obtain in addition a certified copy of your courtconvictions (Urteilsabschrift) from the court directly or through an authorizedrepresentative and you will need to translate both documents in English orFrench.
