官方名称：you must provide a Certificate (Uvjerenje) issued by the police anda Certificate of Criminal Process issued by the court (alsonamed Uvjerenje).两个certificate

一、申请方式：新新源移民

（1）波黑citizen+目前居住在波黑：

If you live in the territory of theFederation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, you should apply at the Cantonal PoliceOffice of the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) responsible for your city.

If you reside in the Republika Srpska, youshould apply at the district police departments of the Ministry of the Interior(SUP) responsible for your city. Applying at the office responsible for yourplace of birth is recommended to hasten processing times. If you were born inthe Republika Srpska but currently live in the Federation of Bosnia andHerzegovina, you may be requested to apply at the police department responsiblefor the city of your place of birth.

For the certificate issued by the court:

You should apply at the municipal court(Opstinski Sud) responsible for the city in which you currently reside. Certainmunicipal courts may accept an authorized representative to ask on your behalf.

（2）波黑citizen+居住在波黑境外：

可以委托别人在境内申请。同时，如果近6个月没有在波黑居住，只需要警察局的certificate就行，不需要法院的certificate。

For the certificate issued by the police:

You should apply in person at the policestation responsible for the city in which you were born. If you cannot go inperson, you can nominate a representative to apply on your behalf, in whichcase a notarized power-of-attorney will be required.

For the certificate issued by the court:

A Court Certificate is not required if youhave lived outside of Bosnia-Herzegovina for the last six months or longer.

（3）非波黑citizen+目前居住在波黑：

For the certificate issued by the police:

You should apply at your nearestBosnia-Herzegovinian Embassy (they will send a formal request to the Ministryof the Interior). Processing delays should be expected.

For the certificate issued by the court:

You should apply at the municipal court(Opstinski Sud) responsible for the city in which you currently reside. Certainmunicipal courts may accept an authorized representative to ask on your behalf.

（4）非波黑citizen+目前居住在波黑境外：

可以委托别人在境内申请。同时，如果近6个月没有在波黑居住，只需要警察局的certificate就行，不需要法院的certificate。
