可以邮寄材料申请、可以现场去境内办理、可以委托别人代理境内办理。You may apply by mail, in person or someone may apply on yourbehalf. The police clearance will be mailed to you or given in person.

You must include:

certified copies of the first five pages ofyour passport

a full set of fingerprints taken by arecognized police authority

an addressed envelope to have the clearancemailed to you
