一、申请方式：新新源移民

（1）开曼群岛citizen+目前居住在开曼群岛：

自己现场去，或者委托别人去Criminal Records Office申请。All certificatesmust be collected by the owner.

If a representative is applying on yourbehalf, in addition to the above, you must provide him/her with a notarizedapplication form and a notarized letter giving that person permission tocollect your certificate.

（2）开曼群岛citizen+居住在开曼群岛境外：

可以邮寄材料申请，邮寄到the Criminal Records Office。

（3）非开曼群岛citizen+目前居住在开曼群岛：

自己现场去，或者委托别人去Criminal Records Office申请。All certificatesmust be collected by the owner.

（4）非开曼群岛citizen+目前居住在开曼群岛境外：

可以邮寄材料申请，邮寄到the Criminal Records Office。

二、申请材料：

-Notarized application for a PoliceClearance Certificate available on the Royal Cayman Islands Police Servicewebsite

-Prepaid package (if the documents are tobe returned via the same courier service). Certificates will not be sent byregular post.

-Applicable fees (See the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service website forfee details and payment methods)

-If you have changed your name by deed pollor marriage, please provide the corresponding documentation

-Your original passport(s) (or a certifiedcopy of each page) that contains:

-Your most recent work permit that wasstamped in your passport while working in the Cayman Islands. (Note: if thepassport that the work permit is stamped in has been cancelled you will need tosend the cancelled passport and the new passport)

Your entry and exit stamp for the CaymanIslands (these dates will be affixed to the Police Clearance)

-Your most recent immigration status (mustbe stamped)
