（1）智利citizen+目前居住在智利：

You can apply in person with your “RUT” oryour “RUN” at any office of the Registro Civil e Identification. Youcan apply online at Servicio deRegistro Civil e Identificacion (available in Spanish only).

（2）智利citizen+居住在智利境外：

You can apply for a Certificado deAntecedentes para Fines Especiales and an original Hoja de vida delConductor at your nearest Chilean embassy or consulate or onlineat Servicio de RegistroCivil e Identificación (available in Spanish only) with your“RUT” or your “RUN”.

（3）非智利citizen+目前居住在智利：

You can apply in person with your “RUT” oryour “RUN” at any office of the Registro Civil e Identification. Youcan apply online at Servicio deRegistro Civil e Identificacion (available in Spanish only).

（4）非智利citizen+目前居住在智利境外：

有智利身份证号或税号就可以在线(online)申请
