（3）非马尔代夫citizen+目前居住在马尔代夫：

你可以将你的完整申请发给the Maldives Police Service Headquarters in Male, Villi PoliceStations or Regional Police Stations in the atolls.

（4）非马尔代夫citizen+目前居住在马尔代夫境外：

你可以将你的完整申请发给the Maldives Police Service（by post 或by email）
