conductingthreat and risk assessments and developing responses

liaisingand consulting with program administrators and other interested parties toidentify policy needs

reviewingexisting policies and legislation to identify anomalies and out-of-dateprovisions

researchingsocial, economic and industrial trends, and client expectations of programs andservices provided

formulatingand analysing policy options, preparing briefing papers and recommendations forpolicy changes, and advising on preferred options

assessingimpacts, financial implications, interactions with other programs and politicaland administrative feasibility of policies
