In Australia and New Zealand:

Mostoccupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with abachelor degree or higher qualification. In some instances relevant experienceand/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formalqualification. In the case of Wine Makers, at least five years of experiencemay substitute for the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
