【NZQA】2022年新西兰技术移民学历认证

This service can be used to verify the results of the International Qualifications Assessments (IQAs), Pre-Assessment Results (PARs), and Overseas Study Assessments (OSAs).
技术移民新西兰的学历评估，如果claimed的学历不在Listof Qualifications Exempt from Assessment, or the List of Qualifications Recognised as an Exception，则需要做NZQA学历认证。
unless you have full or provisionalregistration and your qualification has been assessed by a New Zealandorganisation as comparable with a New Zealand qualification on the List ofQualifications Exempt from Assessment).
(一）List ofQualifications Exempt from Assessment
清单上所列qualification只用于移民目的，不用于职业注册、深造学习、工资及就业目的。如果申请人期望进入新西兰教育职业，所有教育学历及学位都需要经过NZQA评估，用于教师注册及工资目的。

(二）Qualifications recognised as an exception
少数几个国家的技工学徒证书，该清单上的学历不需要经过NZQA认证。中国申请者不用看。
(三）NZQA学历认证
有Pre-AssessmentResult（PAR）和InternationalQualification Assessment(IQA)两种，可以先做PAR，用于提交EOI，当被ITA选中获得邀请时，会再被要求做IQA。所以，建议从一开始即做IQA。
（1）Pre-Assessment Result（PAR）
Pre-Assessment Result (PAR) assessments for immigration purposes were discontinued on 10 February 2020.
仅用于移民EOI提交时用。20 working days，NZD138。多于一个学历要做，要分别申请，分别付费。不需要发任何的学历及支持文件给NZQA。一年有效期。评估结果和IQA结果可能不相同，两者不捆绑。一旦完成IQA,则PAR评估失效。
（2）International Qualification Assessment(IQA)---移民现在做这个。
One qualification assessed per application.NZ$445.Note: There is an additional cost of NZ$275 for qualifications completed prior to 1998.
评估周期为25 working days。
（3）Overseas Study Assessment (OSA)-跟移民无关
An OSA is needed if you are applying to the Inland Revenue (IR) to have the interest written off of your New Zealand student loan for the duration of your overseas study.
The process will take up to 20 working days from receipt of a complete application and costs NZD178.
