Paying your application fees
Below are the processing fees for a permanent selection application, as of 1st January 2021. These fees are adjusted each year on the 1st January.
       Principal applicant: $822
       Spouse or common-law partner: $176
       Each dependent child: $176

魁北克arrima系统处理周期Processing times：6个月内

If your application is complete, it will be processed within 6 months. This timeframe may be longer if you have to attend an interview.

五、Arrima系统--新新源移民：

Arrima系统有效期为12个月，失效之后不能extend和renew，只能submit a new one。

Your expression of interest is valid for 12 months (one year) from the date of submission.If youhave not been invited to submit an application for permanent selection withinthis period, your expression of interest will become invalid.You will not beable to extend or renew it, but you will be able to submit a new one, at nocharge, if you wish. The information you entered in your first expression ofinterest will be copied to your new declaration.

Arrima系统主要涉及到如下信息：List of criteria and their score

       The invitations are sent according to criteria:
      related to human capital, namely:
        Knowledge of French;
        Knowledge of French and English;
        Age;
        Length of professional experience;
        Level of education.
      related to the needs of the labour market in Québec and to changing government priorities (e.g., having an occupation considered to be in complete or slight shortage of workforce in     Québec or having a good knowledge of French), namely:
        Workforce diagnosis combined, if applicable, with the length of experience in the profession practised;
        Field of training;
        Québec diploma;
        Length of professional experience in Québec;
        Length of professional experience in the rest of Canada;
        Validated job offer combined, if applicable, instead of the job depending on whether it is located inside or outside the territory of Greater Montréal.
        related to the spouse or de-facto spouse (if applicable), namely:
        Knowledge of French;
        Level of education;
        Québec diploma;
        Certain invitations can also be sent based on criteria such as: the destination region in Québec;
        Profession practised.

note：据统计和官网发言很久之前公布，自从2018年9月17日魁省Arrima系统上线以来，总计92000个申请已经提交。其中大约5200个职业是行政，2100个职业是护士，700个职业是电气工程师。魁省移民局预计，随着arrima的实施，魁省目前36个月的审核周期将缩短到和联邦EE一致，不超过6个月。

(3)关于工作经验 Work experience

For your work experience, the criterion assessed is theduration of employment.

The following jobs are recognized:

Remunerated job posts that you held:

-full-time;

-part-time.

Work internships you completed to obtain a diploma:

-full-time;

-part-time.

For your work experience to be applicable to the assessmentof your application, it must have been acquired:

-in the 5 years preceding the submission of your application--新新源移民;

-in a category A, B or C occupation as defined by the National Occupational Classification (NOC) ;（官网还是这个）

-legally in the country concerned.

Note：in addition to full-time work experiences,part-time experiences (weekly duration less than 30 hours) must be added. --新新源移民To dothis, the following formula is used: full-time equivalent (in months) = (numberof hours per week ÷ 30) x duration in months of part-time employment. Example:For a foreign national who worked 10 hours per week for two years, thefull-time equivalent is 8 months ((10 hours ÷ 30) X 24 months = 8 months).
