【政策说明】2019年维多利亚担保190/489提名政策

一、VIC维多利亚担保总体说明---新新源移民
（1）有190周担保（就看职业清单上关于语言和工作经验的要求）和489偏远地区担保（489必须要有偏远地区的job offer）
（2）victoria州担保不需要支付费用（no charge）。
（3）online申请
二、VIC维多利亚担保190要求----新新源移民：
（1）年龄要求：
45周岁以下；
（2）英语要求-新新源移民：
雅思至少四个6，部分职业需要更高的英语要求（详见提名职业列表，每个职业清单上面都带有语言和工作经验要求，大部分普通职业都是四个7的要求）。
NOTE：提交州担保申请前要提供雅思成绩（online上传雅思成绩的扫描件）；如果是美、英、加、爱尔兰、新西兰公民，可以豁免雅思。
（3）职业要求：
职业在victoria提名职业列表上（每个职业清单上面都带有语言和工作经验要求）。

一般是12 weeks。其中PHDgraduates（不论哪里的）的State nomination applications throughthis pathway will be processed within two weeks, compared to the standard 12week processing time.
（7）其他说明：
申请需要提交CV（简历，3-4页长，必须包括工作职责描述、雇佣期、教育和培训经历），如果简历太简短，可能会被拒绝。你需要在申请关闭后等待6个月才能重新申请。If your application is refused,you must wait for six months afterthe application has been closed before youare eligible to reapply.
NOTE:关于International PhD graduates
The Victorian Government offers a pathway for visa nomination for international PhD graduates. Applications will be processed within twelve weeks and applicants must meet all eligibility requirements to apply. Learn more about the pathway for international PhD graduates.
三、维多利亚190申请流程
（一）How to apply for Victorian visa nomination: ICT, nursing, engineering and building occupations
-在SkillSelect系统提交EOI并选择兴趣为维多利亚；
-监测邮件，看是否被维多利亚邀请；
-14天内提交online application（提前准备好所有资料，因为14天不能延期）,网址如下：
-维多利亚提名；
-60天内提交联邦政府申请visa。
NOTE:Exemptions from this process
This application process is for ICT, nursing, engineering and building occupations only. However, if you are applying with one of these occupations and meet the PhD or recent graduate pathways, you are exempt from this process and can lodge a Victorian visa nomination application directly without first being selected by Victoria.
（二）How to apply for Victorian visa nomination: All other occupations:
直接通过维多利亚系统提交，不需要在SkillSelect系统提交EOI
四、VIC维多利亚担保489偏远地区担保要求（要点）---新新源移民：
维多利亚偏远地区：
There is a list of eligible postcodes for the Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489).
（1）处理周期（12 weeks）；
（2）资产要求同190所述；
（3）直接通过维多利亚online系统申请，不需要创建EOI；
（4）关于occupation，申请Victoria 489偏远地区担保，必须有victoria偏远地区的job offer才能申请。You must provide evidence of a genuine regional Victorian job offer to support your nomination application for this visa.The offer must be for work within a regional area of Victoria. A list of regional Victorian areas, including postcodes can be found on the Department of Home Affairs’ website .
五、综合NOTE:
如果居住在其他州和领地，或者在其他州和领地有强烈纽带，也一样可以申请维多利亚，不过需要提供维多利亚的雇佣offer。
if you are living in another state or territory or have strong ties outside Victoria you are still eligible for visa nomination. However, you will be required to provide evidence of an offer of employment in your nominated occupation in Victoria.
