2014萨省省提名项目（SINP）介绍
一、政策变化--新新源移民
2014年1月2日开始施行新的提名要求。2014年1月2日及之后的申请按照新的要求进行审核，2013年12月31日及之前提交的按照旧的标准审核，除非特别要求转换到新的标准的。
二、申请资格--新新源移民
SINP International Skilled WorkerCategory
（1）总评分100分达到60分；
（2）最低CLB4（比如雅思听读写说4.5/3.5/4/4，法语听读写说145/121/181/181）、
（3）NOC A B O或萨省指定行业的全职雇佣offer；
（4）如果不能提供有萨省雇主的技能全职offer，如满足如下所有条件才可以申请：
教育和培训领域是NOC A B O高技能职业领域；必须完成等同于加拿大至少1年期中学后教育、培训或学徒培养，并获得了学历、学位或者证书；近10年至少1年教育或培训领域工作经验；如果职业教育和工作经验是管控行业，申请前需要取得相关许可证书；萨省定居资金和定居计划。

五、语言要求--新新源移民
如果是申请the SINP International SkilledWorkers Category, the SINP Long Haul Truck Driver Sub-Category, or the SINPHospitality Sector Pilot Project Sub-Category，真申请人需要满足如下语言要求：
1) the International English LanguageTesting System (IELTS) General Training, minimal score:
· Listening – 4.5
· Reading – 3.5
· Writing – 4
· Speaking – 4
2) the Canadian English LanguageProficiency Index Program (CELPIP-General), minimal score:
· Listening – 4
· Reading – 4
· Writing – 4
· Speaking – 4
3) the Test d’évaluation defrançais (to test proficiency in French), minimal score of:
· Listening – 145
· Reading – 121
· Writing – 181
· Speaking – 181
No otherevidence of language proficiency will be accepted. The language test result isrequired from the principle applicant only. （If the joboffer is for a job in a regulated occupation, there may be an English languagerequirement for the profession. Ask your regulatory body if you need to be tested.）
