一、申请方式：新新源移民
（1）阿根廷citizen+目前居住在阿根廷：
可以现场办理、也可以委托别人办理、也可以邮寄材料给Registro Nacional de Reincidencia in Buenos Aires or at any ofits other offices throughout the country办理。
（2）阿根廷citizen+居住在阿根廷境外：
可以在线申请。
（3）非阿根廷citizen+目前居住在阿根廷：
可以现场办理、也可以委托别人办理、也可以邮寄材料给Registro Nacional de Reincidencia in Buenos Aires or at any ofits other offices throughout the country办理。
（4）非阿根廷citizen+目前居住在阿根廷境外：
可以在线申请。

-Documento Nacional deIdentidad (DNI), original valid document and a photocopy

Special notes and considerations
You must specify that the certificate youneed is “con excepción al artículo 51 del Código Penal” when youapply. The certificate is not valid without this paragraph.
The certificate must be issued bythe Federal Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Certificates issued by anyother federal/provincial government offices are not accepted.
If you have a criminal record, youmust give a copy of the judicial file, the verdict and the final decision witha French or English translation of all documents.
