法国文件的认证（包括领事认证及海牙认证），对于用于欧盟国家，以及用于其他国家，流程和认证文件类别有区别。法国很多文件在欧盟国家是不用认证的。

一、法国文件领事认证（authentication）

法国文件用于其他国家，一般需要做双认证（authentication）。第一步，先到Legalizations office认证（legalized），第二步再到外国驻法国的领事馆认证（super-legalized or over-legalization）。（特别注释，有些国家对于居住在国外的申请人，可能可以第一步到到该国法国使馆（需要具体询问是否可以做第一步的认证，仅供参考）。法国各国使馆：https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/le-ministere-et-son-reseau/annuaires-du-ministere-de-l-europe-et-des-affaires-etrangeres/ambassades-et-consulats-francais-a-l-etranger/

（一）法国文件领事认证Cost费用

法国国内认证需要10欧元每份文件。在法国境外的，需要咨询各使馆。

In France

The price is 10 euros perlegalized document, regardless of the number of pages.

Cost: 25 euros per legalized document (or 15 euros for French peopleregistered in the French Register established outside of France).

（三）法国文件认证流程：

The process is done in 2 steps:

Legalization of the French act by theMinistry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (legalization office)

Legalization by the diplomatic or consularrepresentation in France of the country in which the act must be produced

私人文件在去Legalizations office认证之前，要先经公证处公证。

Any request for legalization of a Frenchdocument intended to be produced abroad must be sent to:

The electronic mail of the legalization office ( bureau.legalisation @diplomatie.gouv.fr ) is at your disposal for any question or request for information, as well as for the upstream verification of the acts to be legalized (response within 24 hours, Monday to Friday). Be sure to attach a scanned copy of the document to be legalized and indicate the country of destination in the subject of the email.

（四）法国文件认证方式（现场和邮寄方式）

Legalization procedures can be carried outdirectly at the reception of our offices, or by post.The procedure is asfollows:

AT RECEPTION (opening hours: 08: 30-13: 15)without appointment; legalization will then be carried out immediately,unless there are more than 15 documents.
The fee is € 10 per legalized document, regardless of the number ofpages. You can pay in cash or by card (Visa or MasterCard), or using aFrench check.
Someone else can present the documents on your behalf, such as a family memberor courier.

BY POST (processing time from reception,not including delivery time: 48-72 hours).
Please provide:

A covering letter providing your contactdetails (address, telephone number and email) and mentioning the countryrequiring the documents;

The authentic documents (we do not keepcopies);

A check made out to the “Régie desLégalisations (DFAE)” or banktransfer evidence.Fee (per document, not per page): € 10 for adocument of any type;

A stamped self-addressed envelope to returnthe documents (from abroad, you can print your stamps from the La Poste website ).

二、法国文件海牙认证（Apositille）

对于海牙国组织使用的文件，领事认证的双认证可以简化为海牙认证（Apositille）。It does not fall under the competence of the legalizationoffice , but that of the Ministry of Justice。归属法国司法部负责。
