【移民监/入籍】2015年新西兰移民监/入籍规定

一、入籍

You can get New Zealand citizenship by grant if:

• you already have the right to be in New Zealand indefinitely (you're a permanent resident of New Zealand or Australia, or you’re Australian)

• you’ve lived here for at least the last 5 years and had the right to be in New Zealand indefinitely the whole time

• you intend to keep living here

• you speak English, and

• you're of good character and don’t have any convictions or fines.

二、移民监

技术移民获得resident visa（RV），2年中每年住满184 days or more，申请permanent resident visa（PRV)（副申不能先于主申申请）,即获得永久回头签。

主申必须坐移民监，副申和孩子登陆即可。

备注：

在移民法（2009版）下，移民申请成功后，申请人只会获得一张移民签证（Resident Visa），该签证含2年旅行有效期。持此签证，申请人可以入境新西兰并长期居留，并在2年旅行有效期内多次入境。

在移民法（2009版）下，居民往返签证（RRV）将被resident visa（RV）取消。永久往返签证（Indefinite RRV）将被长期移民签证（Permanent Resident Visa） 取代。---RRV和IRRV都是旧词。
