Mostoccupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with abachelor degree or higher qualification. keepingup-to-date with new product version releases, advances in programminglanguages, application development software, and general information technologytrends

writingend user products and materials such as user training, tutorial and instructionmanuals, online help, and operating and maintenance instructions
