一、背景说明：---新新源移民（www.newnewland.com）
2015年4月30日，曼省亲朋担保提名如期开放。本次曼省仿照Express Entry系统（EE系统/ee系统），在符合亲属或朋友担保的条件上（具有在曼省居住满一年的永久居民或公民身份的亲属或朋友），满足曼省60分资格评分之后，申请人需进入曼省EOI系统，按照曼省EOI高分挑选评分标准进行评分，参与排序，获得邀请函（Letters of Advice to Apply，LAA）后，在线提交资料。
